This policy explains what personal data Animro ([Company name], the controller) processes, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Waitlist data: your email address and the date you joined, stored in Supabase.
- Account data: email address, sign-in provider, security-check signals.
- Content: your messages, uploaded files (logos, screenshots, documents, fonts, music, clips), generated audio and videos.
- Billing data: purchases and credit history (card details stay with Stripe).
- Technical data: logs, IP address, device and usage information.
Why we use it
- To send early access and launch updates when you join the waitlist.
- To provide the Service: making, previewing and exporting your videos.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To support you and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
Your instructions and files are sent to Anthropic to run the AI motion designer in an isolated sandbox per video, and voiceover text to ElevenLabs. The agent service keeps session history while your video exists and is not eligible for zero data retention. [Describe the providers’ training and retention terms.]

Retention and deletion
Deleting a video deletes its chat, agent session, uploaded files, previews, audio and exports. Deleting your account removes all of your content. Billing records are kept as required by law. [Retention periods.]
