Animro sells one-time credit packs. This policy explains when credits and payments are returned.
Automatic credit returns
- A step that fails (for example the AI service is unavailable) costs no credits.
- If you press Stop, you are charged only for the work already done, never more than the step’s price.
- A failed export is not charged.
Refunds of purchases

- When a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits bought with it are removed from your balance.
