These terms govern your use of Animro (the “Service”), operated by [Company name], [address] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
Animro creates motion-graphics videos from your instructions and the material you upload, using AI models (the Service is powered by Claude from Anthropic) and third-party audio generation (ElevenLabs). Output can contain mistakes; review every video before you publish it.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least [16/18] years old and give accurate information.
- One free trial per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Credits and payments
- Credits are bought in one-time packs through Stripe. Prices include or exclude tax as shown at checkout.
- Each action has a fixed credit price shown before it runs. Credits are held when an action starts and charged when it finishes; failed actions are not charged.
- Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. [Expiry policy.]

4. Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload and to the videos made for you. You grant us the licence needed to process your content to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including logos, images, fonts and music.
5. Acceptable use
- No illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful or sexual content involving minors.
- No impersonation of real people; stock voices only, no voice cloning.
- No attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the Service.

6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is”. We may change or discontinue features and will give notice of material changes to these terms.
