Prepare one mapping
Provide source and destination field definitions, the mapping control and a verified sample transfer. Record any transformation, default or required additional field that affects the result.
Adapt the value
For a name or date transformation, show the input and exact rule instead of implying a direct copy. Keep the rest of the required configuration stated as a prerequisite. Add more mappings only when they answer the selected question.
Fix handoff gaps
If evidence stops at a saved mapping, end there and mark transfer verification unresolved. A “Sent” label is not automatically proof of destination arrival. If the destination value differs, explain the actual transformation or correct the source assets.
