Make it your own
- Event context
- Use approved event and audience details.
- Speaker handoff
- Coordinate exact final copy with the real presenter.
- Proof moment
- Show one supplied product result.
Plan the live handoff
This is an illustrative event structure. The final frame should match the presenter's first words and the actual stage plan. Do not invent a speaker identity or event credential.
A speaker-entry hold gives the production team a clear transition point. The exact live playback arrangement should be agreed with the event operator.
Adapt for the presentation context
Check the intended screen and viewing conditions with the event team. Use large, simple information and avoid depending on tiny interface labels from a distant audience position.
For a 60-second opening, add a meaningful product context or evidence scene. For a 15-second version, keep the problem, identity and handoff, leaving the speaker to demonstrate details.
Check the rehearsal artifact
Review the actual file with the event audio and playback setup when available. A local preview does not establish that the room presentation works.
Keep the final message compatible with current availability. The presenter should not have to correct a release claim made moments earlier by the film.
Review checklist
- The film and speaker opening agree.
- No speaker or event fact is invented.
- Information is readable in the intended presentation context.
- The final playback file receives a rehearsal check.
