Capability
Select one task worth introducing.
Groups
Use meaningful product-defined eligibility groups.
Status actions
Supply the next step for each current state.

Verify status before drafting

Assign an owner to every eligibility row and record when it was confirmed. A planned expansion is not current access. If rollout pauses, the affected card and CTA must change together.

Adapt for separate audiences

An eligible-audience version can spend more time on activation. A general version should emphasize scope and status. Keep the shared demonstration accurate while changing only the audience-specific information.

Review visual certainty

Progress bars and wave numbers can imply information the team never supplied. Use them only for real documented values. Textual labels should remain understandable without relying on color alone.

Review checklist

  • Eligibility rules are current and owner-confirmed.
  • Activation and ordinary use are distinct.
  • No date or rollout percentage is invented.
  • The closing action fits each group.
