Who this is for: Sales and product teams preparing focused follow-up videos.
What to prepare
- Approved open question
- Known setup and role requirements
- Matching proof screens
- Explicit unresolved requirement

Restate the question
Display the fictional evaluation question beside the sample product screen, with no invented customer branding.
On screen:How does a reviewer find pending decisions?
- 02
5–10s
State the conditions
Show the configured reviewer account and supplied request list. Identify the role and sample workspace.
On screen:Example reviewer · Configured workspace
- 03
10–16s
Demonstrate the scope
Apply the actual reviewer and Awaiting review conditions, preserving their labels.
On screen:Assigned to this reviewer + Awaiting review
- 04
16–22s
Inspect the proof
Open matching request R-052 and hold the reviewer and status together.
On screen:R-052 matches both conditions
- 05
22–26s
State the boundary
Keep the result visible while a separate annotation names what this example did not address.
On screen:Delegation during absence is a separate question
- 06
26–30s
Define the follow-up
Use a calm closing card with the next information needed, not an unsupported purchase promise.
On screen:Confirm the delegation rule you need
Make it your own
- Open evaluation question
- Replace the fictional question with the approved conversation requirement.
- Proof conditions
- Supply the actual role, configuration and evidence that answer that question.
- Remaining boundary
- Name the unresolved requirement and a specific next information step.
Prepare known requirements
Replace the fictional question with the actual approved conversation summary. Distinguish confirmed requirements from your interpretation. Supply product evidence for both filters and the resulting record; do not personalize by inventing a prospect’s workflow.
Adapt to another open question
For an export concern, show the verified output and its boundaries. For a role concern, use matched account views. Keep one unresolved question in the close if the film cannot answer it. A 60-second version may include a relevant exception; a 15-second version should narrow the question further.
Review the answer against the conversation
Check that the ending answers the original question under the stated conditions. Remove confidential details from any public reuse. This planning sequence contains no real sales claim, customer result or completed render; the final asset needs its own accuracy review.
Review checklist
- The film answers the stated question.
- Personalization contains no invented customer facts.
- The boundary and next step are precise.
