Who this is for: Motion producers planning timed educational and brand studies.
What to prepare
- Seed geometry, start state and periodic path
- Frame rate and output frame-range convention
- Optional approved repeating ambience
Copyable creative brief
An authored planning example. Replace illustrative details with your approved product facts and assets.
Use three dots moving around a fixed circle as an illustrative loop. Keep labels outside the delivered loop if they are only review guides. Match every animated property at the conceptual boundary and verify several repetitions of the actual encoded output before calling the asset seamless.
Scene-by-scene storyboard
12-second planning sequence · illustrative copy and visual direction
- 01
0–3s
Leave the start state
Move the three dots through the first quarter of their periodic paths at the planned rhythm.
On screen:Review guide: start state
Sound direction: Silence, or the start of the approved continuous ambience.
- 02
3–6s
Continue the cycle
Carry the dots through the second quarter with unchanged color and scale rules.
On screen:Review guide: quarter-cycle progression
Sound direction: No new accent solely because the scene boundary occurs.
- 03
6–9s
Approach the return
Complete the third quarter while preserving direction and camera position.
On screen:Review guide: maintain periodic behavior
Sound direction: Continue the same ambience treatment.
- 04
9–12s
Meet the boundary
Return the conceptual state at 12 seconds to the state at zero with compatible speed and direction.
On screen:Review guide: boundary matches start
Sound direction: Inspect the repeat seam for clicks, dips and doubled cues.
Make it your own
- START_STATE
- Record object, camera, color and lighting state.
- PERIODIC_PATH
- Define a closed path with compatible direction and speed at the wrap.
- AUDIO_SEAM
- Choose silence or a separately inspected repeating ambience.
Separate review labels from the asset
The copy in these scenes names inspection phases, not required on-screen words for a decorative loop. Omit those guides from the finished asset when they are not part of the creative brief. Keep a separate labeled review version to explain the state checks.
Retiming to 15 seconds
Twelve seconds is a planning duration. For Animro's 15-second control, redesign the four quarters as 0–3.75, 3.75–7.5, 7.5–11.25 and 11.25–15 seconds. Check the renderer's actual frame sampling and boundary behavior; do not append a still tail or duplicate the first frame automatically.
Inspect repeated playback
Compare position, color, scale, lighting, direction and speed at the wrap. A matching still can hide a velocity jerk. Listen to the audio seam separately and inspect the actual encoded repetition. If randomness changes the appearance each cycle, fix the inputs or explicitly choose a nonseamless evolving treatment.
Review checklist
- All animated properties return to their defined start state.
- Motion direction and speed connect at the wrap.
- Frame-range handling does not add an unintended pause.
- The visual and audio seams are checked in actual repetition.
