No-action-required update storyboard

Use this structure only when the release owner confirms that the named audience need not act. The fictional grouping update still needs an explanation of what changes and what remains available.

Make it your own

Audience
Name the exact group covered by no action required.
Change
Show the real difference without inventing UI.
Continuity
Retain only confirmed unchanged properties.

Confirm the statement

Check administrators, members and unusual configurations separately where relevant. A background release may require action from one group while another needs none. Do not publish a universal line from a narrower confirmation.

Adapt nonvisual changes

Use a concise explanatory card when there is no meaningful interface difference. A written notice may be sufficient. Avoid inventing animated processing or an activation button merely to create motion.

Review continuity

No action required is not the same as nothing changes. Keep the specific difference visible and limit reassurance to approved facts. Remove any scene that suggests users must enable the update when the notice says they do not.

Review checklist

  • No action required is owner-confirmed for the audience.
  • Continuity claims are specific.
  • No unnecessary activation step appears.
  • The details destination describes the same change.
