Who this is for: Teams demonstrating asset-library workflows.
What to prepare
- Sample file identity
- Upload and processing states
- Destination item evidence
Copyable creative brief
An authored planning example. Replace illustrative details with your approved product facts and assets.
Create a 30-second illustrative asset-library demo for sample-cover.png. Begin in the Sample campaign folder and state that the workspace is configured. Show the actual file selection state, then the product’s observed upload feedback with the same filename. If waiting is shortened, use a clear editorial time cut. End in the destination library with sample-cover.png visible and its actual metadata panel open. Highlight only verified fields, such as the supplied filename and folder. Use “Find the uploaded sample file” rather than implying automatic tagging or classification. If a user must select the folder or enter a label, show that action. Do not invent a progress percentage, transfer speed or successful processing beyond the available evidence. The file and its contents are illustrative.
Make it your own
- Filename
- Repeat one illustrative filename across the sequence.
- Destination
- Show how the actual workflow chooses the folder.
- Metadata focus
- Highlight only supplied fields with verified values.
Collect the file’s states
Provide the chosen file, transfer feedback and saved item. Verify whether upload completion and processing completion differ. A queued thumbnail may not prove the asset is ready to use.
Adapt the organization
For a tagging lesson, add the actual tag-entry step and inspect the saved tag. For a basic upload explanation, use the destination folder as the organizational anchor. Avoid adding several metadata fields that do not serve the task.
Fix a missing destination
If the file lands in a general inbox, do not label the result as Sample campaign. Show the real move step or change the claimed destination. If the filename changes after processing, explain the verified renaming rule or preserve another actual identity marker.
Review checklist
- Filename continuity is intact.
- Processing is distinguished from readiness.
- Organization follows a shown or stated rule.
