Who this is for: Product teams preparing focused launch motion briefs.
What to prepare
- Approved logo and product name
- One accurate task descriptor
- Current availability
- A single supported next action
Copyable creative brief
An authored planning example. Replace illustrative details with your approved product facts and assets.
Create a closing sequence for PRODUCT_NAME using the approved logo asset. Include TASK_DESCRIPTOR, CURRENT_STATUS and NEXT_ACTION in a clear hierarchy. Do not introduce a new feature, offer or outcome claim in the outro. Bring the final product evidence scene to a stable state, then reveal the identity without obscuring the result too early. Keep the logo's approved proportions and clear space. Set the task descriptor as supporting context, with availability and the next action readable at the intended presentation size. Use a deliberate hold rather than repeated motion once the information is present. Essential meaning must remain clear without sound. If the film is a waitlist launch, preserve that status and do not substitute a direct-use invitation. If the closing copy is too long, remove secondary wording before reducing its legibility. The final paused frame should accurately summarize the product and the available next step.
Make it your own
- TASK_DESCRIPTOR
- Summarize the demonstrated job in plain language.
- CURRENT_STATUS
- Use the verified access state.
- NEXT_ACTION
- Choose one action supported by the destination.
- PRODUCT_NAME
- Use exact approved spelling and the supplied logo asset without reconstructed lettering.
Write a contextual close
An illustrative close could combine a product name with “A visible handoff for requests,” followed by the actual access status. The descriptor should match the task shown in the film.
Do not use the last frame to add a broad benefit absent from the demonstration.
Adapt the hold
A short film may need a simpler descriptor. A longer film can still use a concise close rather than replaying all its points.
If several legal or eligibility conditions are necessary, plan their placement earlier and ensure the closing action remains accurate.
Correct an overloaded outro
Remove secondary links, competing badges and redundant taglines. If the logo is distorted by the reveal, use the approved asset in a stable final lockup.
Follow the actual destination during publication review. A beautiful closing frame does not verify that the action works.
Review checklist
- The descriptor matches the demonstrated task.
- Logo geometry is preserved.
- Availability and action are accurate.
- The paused frame is readable and contains no new unsupported claim.
