Prompt: compose a still alternative to a motion sequence

Use this prompt when an animated explanation needs a single useful reference image. Choose the state that carries the conclusion and restore context that movement previously supplied.

What to prepare

  • Approved sequence and its essential message
  • Candidate reference states
  • All necessary labels, units and qualifications

Copyable creative brief

An authored planning example. Replace illustrative details with your approved product facts and assets.

Create a still-composition plan for SOURCE_SEQUENCE using DECISIVE_STATE. Preserve the approved conclusion and every label, unit, qualification or relationship needed to understand it. Do not simply select the most decorative frame if that frame depends on earlier movement for context.

Replace motion-dependent references such as “then this moves here” with explicit part names, numbered stages or clearly defined connectors. If one state cannot carry the explanation, use a small ordered set within the poster rather than implying incompatible moments occurred simultaneously. Keep the reading order clear and avoid arrows that introduce relationships absent from the source.

Use APPROVED_COPY and the supplied identity assets. Include SOURCE_NOTE where the sequence makes factual claims. Reserve sufficient space for a complete reference legend. Provide an explanation of why this state was chosen and a checklist comparing the poster's information with the sequence. Do not claim the still is an automatic export feature or that it has been generated until an actual artifact exists.

Make it your own

SOURCE_SEQUENCE
Supply the approved storyboard or video and its essential message.
DECISIVE_STATE
Choose the state that best supports the conclusion, with a reason.
APPROVED_COPY
Provide complete static wording without motion-dependent pronouns.
REFERENCE_LEGEND
List symbols, stages, units and qualifications needed in the still.
SOURCE_NOTE
Provide the source and essential scope for factual claims, or an explicit illustrative-status label for fictional material; retain it in the still composition.

Fill the still alternative

An illustrative route animation becomes a poster showing Collect → Compare → Decide, with all three stage definitions and a clear conceptual-map label. A moving marker is unnecessary; numbered stages carry the order. The final composition explains the journey without requiring prior playback.

Adapt a changing mechanism

If before and after states are both essential, use two labeled panels. Do not place both states on top of each other as though they coexist. For a data animation, select a complete chart with scope and source rather than an intermediate reveal with missing marks.

Correct a decorative frame choice

If the selected frame contains an unreadable mid-transition word, choose a settled state. If labels say “here” or “next,” replace them with exact approved names. If the static image omits a qualification that only appeared earlier, restore it before treating the poster as equivalent reference material.

Review checklist

  • The chosen state carries the actual conclusion.
  • Motion-dependent wording is replaced explicitly.
  • Essential labels and qualifications are retained.
  • Multiple states are separated when simultaneity would mislead.
