What to prepare

  • Approved primary and partner logo files
  • Exact relationship wording and approval owners
  • Clear-space, minimum-size and background rules for both marks

Copyable creative brief

An authored planning example. Replace illustrative details with your approved product facts and assets.

Build a joint identity sequence without inventing a partnership claim. The illustrative copy slots below must be replaced with approved wording. Preserve both marks' geometry and clear space, and have each relevant owner approve the final relationship and lockup.

Confirm roles before geometry

A supplier, sponsor, co-author and integration partner are different relationships. Use the wording the parties actually approved. Equal visual size is not automatically the correct hierarchy, and equal pixel width may not create equal perceived presence. Resolve those decisions in a static lockup first.

Retiming and narrow layouts

Twenty-four seconds is a planning duration. For 30 seconds, use 0–6, 6–13, 13–20 and 20–30 seconds, expanding the joint hold. On a narrow frame, stack the marks if both brand rules permit it and keep the relationship line readable. Do not reduce one mark below its minimum to preserve a wide lockup.

Inspect identity and authorization

Review entrance, closest approach, hold and exit for clear-space collisions. Compare final marks with the source assets. Keep approval fields for relationship copy, primary identity, partner identity and final composition. This is a handoff checklist, not a claim that any specific partnership has been approved.

Review checklist

  • Relationship wording is supplied and authorized.
  • Both marks retain their exact approved geometry.
  • Each clear-space boundary stays protected.
  • The static joint lockup is approved before animation.
