Who this is for: Teams demonstrating AI-assisted workflows in their own products.
What to prepare
- Exact source input
- Selected output with provenance
- Known edits or retries
- Specific human review criterion
State the input and the selected outcome
Tell viewers what material the system received and what task it was asked to perform. If the displayed result was selected from several attempts, do not frame it as the inevitable first result. Preserve relevant edits and prerequisites in the production record.
This advice concerns explaining a reader’s product. It does not claim Animro performs the example workflow, imports its inputs or guarantees an output quality level.
Worked illustrative review plan
Imagine a fictional tool drafting a summary of a sample meeting note. The note says: “Example team will inspect the draft on Friday. The owner is not yet assigned.” Use this invented text consistently across the film.
- Input scene: show the two source sentences and the request “Summarize the next action without adding facts.”
- Example draft: “The team will inspect the draft Friday. Example coordinator owns the follow-up.” Label this output “Illustrative AI draft.”
- Human check: compare the owner statement with “not yet assigned” in the source. Highlight the mismatch rather than hiding it in a fast edit.
- Correction: replace the invented owner with “Owner to be assigned.” Preserve the Friday inspection wording.
- Approved-use scene: show the corrected summary with a review label whose meaning is limited to this example.
Make review concrete
“Human reviewed” is less useful than showing the exact claim checked against its source. Pick a small output where the audience can inspect the comparison. For a longer result, show the reviewed excerpt and explain that other material lies outside the demonstration.
Do not use a green check graphic to imply independent certification. If the product has a real approval state, show its actual label; otherwise describe the editorial review as a production annotation.
Adapt the lesson to the actual risk
For creative drafting, the check might concern tone or whether a requested item is missing. For factual summaries, it should include source fidelity. Use qualified review for consequential domain content and keep unsupported guarantees out of the film.
If no incorrect result is available, demonstrate a meaningful verification step without manufacturing a failure and presenting it as recorded behavior. A clearly labeled hypothetical example can teach the review principle honestly.
Review checklist
- The output is visibly identified as an example.
- Inputs and relevant selection conditions are supplied.
- Review compares a concrete claim with evidence.
- No quality, accuracy or repeatability guarantee is implied.
