Partner co-marketing launch storyboard

Give partners a controlled explanation they can reuse in a co-marketing or referral context. Keep the relationship and brand permissions explicit rather than treating the asset as a general sales pitch.

Define the partner's job

This storyboard supports an approved introduction or referral. It does not establish technical integration, endorsement terms or a commercial arrangement beyond the supplied facts.

An illustrative partner may introduce a request tool to coordinators. The film should explain audience fit and the next destination without inventing partner results.

Illustrative partner reuse card: audience, coordinators assigning review requests; relationship, an approved educational introduction with a referral link; allowed adaptation, the partner's brief audience introduction; protected facts, the product's verified task, eligibility and current access state; permitted visuals, only the supplied co-brand lockup; handoff, the actual approved referral page. Sample positioning is 'A product for keeping the request and its next reviewer visible.' This is a fictional production example, not evidence of an existing partnership or a financial arrangement.

Adapt the relationship

If the approved relationship is educational rather than referral-based, replace the handoff with the actual information destination. If a technical integration is being announced, use a separate scope-led integration storyboard.

For a 60-second version, add a concrete audience example. For a 15-second version, retain the relationship, task and approved next step.

Control reuse

Supply the exact lockup, positioning text and permitted variants. Record which copy partners may adapt and which facts must remain unchanged.

Before publication, check that the link, status and brand treatment still match the approved packet. A partner's reuse should not quietly turn an introduction into an unsupported capability claim.

Review checklist

  • The relationship is described accurately.
  • Brand use follows the supplied approval.
  • No integration is implied without evidence.
  • The referral destination is verified.
